I guess it would be smth simple like a wrong path. Please try out those suggestions if they work for you.

• Check the position of server.js file, it must be on your projects root directory, directly under ‘angular-app-sample’
• Change the server.js file to this one: https://github.com/klement97/angular-heroku/blob/master/server.js
